Part of what I’m exploring is the way past trauma unconsciously drives our behavior and how to interrupt that process in a healthy way. The first step is, of course, to become conscious of our habitual, maladaptive, behavior patterns, aka “acting out”. What you noted is even deeper (and gnarlier) than that! Meg

I also wonder about traumas that happen but never known to a person. Unconscious traumas.
